• When there is snow on the roads , the common car cannot go up to Gulmarg town due to snow so a snow car ( chain car ) needs to be hired by guest (at optional cost) to reach to the hotel.

• This optional cost has to be paid by the guest directly to the driver. We do not include this cost in the tour because it depends on the weather at the time of travel.

• In Kashmir there are places like Zero Point in Sonmarg , Gulmarg town , Drunk waterfall where union car needs to be hired .

• This cost is not included in the tour cost because not everyone would opt for this places .

• So if anyone is willing to go at such places than the cost of union car needs to be paid directly by the client to the driver.

• Day 1 : Jammu - Katra (45 kms approx 1 hr) 

  Arrive  jammu ( city of temples ) drive to katra  1 and half hour drive  on arrival transfer to hotel. katra serves as the base camp for visiting the famous shrine of shri mata vaishno devi.overnight at hotel .

• Day 2 : Katra 

  Morning proceed to the Cave shrine of mata vaishno devi   12 Km  Long walk one of the most  popular piligrimes of inida  situated in the lap of    trikuta  mountains   across Katra town  at an altitude of 5200 feet .  one can visit by taking Helicopter service from katra which takes just 8 min ,one way after darshan return back to katra ,or other Alternate way to perform darshan is by ponies / palikis / half way battery car  .if time permit visit Bhairo temple  rest of the day at leisure and over night stay .

• Day 3 : Katra - Patnitop (85 kms approx 3 hrs ) 

  After breakfast, proceed for Patnitop, a famous Hill Resort (95 Kms/3-4 Hours drive from Katra) which is perched on a wonderful plateau, at an altitude of 2024 metres across which the Jammu - Srinagar Highway passes. Explore the famous Nag Temple, Padora Enclave & Patnitop park. .If time permit  one can , proceed for Sanasar which is a cup shaped meadow surrounded by gigantic conifers. En route visit Nathatop, another famous tourist point. Rest of the day free for personal activites and over night stay .

• Day 4 : Patnitop - Pahalgam (180 kms approx 6 hrs ) 

  Morning  after breakfast  drive to  pahalgam  200  km –5 to 6 hour drive  ( Valley of Shepherds ) Via Chenani Nashri Tunnel ,ramban , batote ,Banihal Tunnel .continue drive arrive pahalgam  transfer to hotel rest of the day at leisure .Pahalgam is an idyllic resort located on the banks of river Lidder and Sheshnag.It is the base for several treks in the region and for the annual pilgrimage to the Holy Cave Shrine of Amarnath. The surroundings are ideal and allow for relaxation and leisure in the true spirit of traditional hill resort.

• Day 5 : Pahalgam 

  Morning after breakfast    visit  to  Aru valley . The Aru valley is noted for its scenic meadows .It is popular among the tourist for it s peaceful environment and scenic beauty .the village is a base camp for trekkers to the Kolahoi Glacier .after that one can visit to batab valley.the valley got its name from flim  Betab.the valley surrounded by lush green meadows, snow clad mountain and  dense forest. Then to Chandanwari- the base camp  for Amarnath yatra. Later drive back to pahalgam ..Afternoon  one can visit   to   Basaran  valley  by pony   on direct  payment    is a large grassy meadow with small  rolling hills ,it is a eye-catching meadow it is also an ideal campsite for trekker who want to move further to Tulian lake.

• Day 6 : Pahalgam - Gulmarg (150 kms approx 4 hrs ) 

  Morning after breakfast drive to gulmarg 150 Km – 4 hour drive enroute visit to  mattan temple.  Pampore famous for saffron field , enroute visit  cricket bat factory ,apple orchids  gardens  continue drive  .,arrive transfer to hotel  Gulmarg  ( Meadow of flowers ) at a height of 8 800 feet above sea-level . Here you will witness the beauty of the natural surroundings of Kashmir set out like a Doll's village, Gulmarg used to be a favorite hunt of the British in Summer and you will find the old fashion Hotels and shops in the village. Gulmarg has the highest 18 hole Golf Course in the World and has developed into a SKI Resort in Winter  .After lunch Take a Gondola ride ( of your own ) high above the meadows and snow covered slops of Apherwat and Khilanmarg  mountains which provide a play ground for the skiing,  pony ride  and skating ( optional) .rest of the day at leisure  overnight at hotel.

• Day 7 : Gulmarg - Srinagar (55 kms approx 1.5 hrs ) 

  Morning after breakfast drive to Srinagar 1 and half hour  - 56 km arrive transfer to hotel / houseboat After noon take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake ( On direct payment ). Cruise will go through canals, Visiting floating gardens , Lotus gardens & vegetable Gardens, back waters of lake also pay a visit to handicraft centres for  paper machine and wood carving  factory.

• Day 8 : Day trip to Sonamarg (80 kms approx 2.5 hrs) 

  Morning after breakfast full day excursion to Sonamarg ( Meadow of Gold ) 86kms , on the way one can enjoy the beauty of the Sind valley, Sonamarg is at a height of 2690mts above sea level,The blooming Valley has been chiselled over the ages by the mighty Indus river. Major trekking routes begin from here. Two Lakes – Gadsar and Satsar are on the periphery of Sonmarg. Sonmarg is sheer scenic splendour. The very way- metalled road snakes through massive mountains laden with firs and forests. arrive Sonamarg visit to Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains through out the year, late afternoon return to Srinagar

  Morning after breakfast full day Srinagar local sightseeing visiting   Shankar Acharya Temple,  famous Mughal Gardens Nishat ( Garden of pleasure ) overlooking the crystal clear emerald green waters of the Dal lake then to Shalimar ( Garden of Love ) Each one is more beautiful than the one visited before. You will walk along the terraced flower beds, past splashing of fountains and marble pavilions, with snow capped peaks of the Himalayas & Cheshmaashahi (Royal Spring ) also if time permit one can visit to Hazratbal shrine .rest of the day free for personal activites and shopping .

• Initial deposit - Rs. 20,000/- per person to confirm you’re booking with us.

• 100% payment to be made at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• 30-15 days prior to the departure 50% of the tour cost

• 45-30 days prior to the departure 25% of the tour cost

• 15-07 days prior to the departure - 75% of the tour cost

• 07 or less than 07 days prior to the departure - 100% of the tour cost

• RATES ARE DYNAMIC AND SUBJECT AVAILABILITY. IT WILL FLUCTUATE AS PER HOTEL INVENTORY, FESTIVAL PERIOD, PEAK DATES, CITY SOLD OUT DATES,ETC…..

• Transportation consider Garage to Garage as per valid kms. Extra kms rate will be direct payable by guest only.

• Given cost is estimated, based on lowest hotel rates existing as of now. We Don’t Hold Any Confirmation For Hotels. It’s Subject To availability at the time of booking. Any difference in cost shall be borne by Passenger.

• In Hill station places (like shimla , Manali , nainital , kausani , Munnar , Thekkady) the AC facility will not be there in the rooms.

• At some places & at some hotels the higher category rooms are there with AC but that will be possible with the supplement cost.

• The vehicle like tempo travelers are not of very good condition so rather opt for Innova.

• Check-in time at Hotel is 1400 Hrs & Check-out time is 1100 Hrs.

• Your tours and transfers are based on tour itinerary & not at disposal basis. 

• Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings.

• Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Valley Facing / higher category rooms.

• Breakfast will start from Day 2 of the itinerary.

• Any govt. tax levied must be borne by the passengers only.

• Pre ponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation & accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.

• If accommodation is not available in the identified / specific hotel for the particular package tour due to reason beyond our control, we shall make our best efforts to shift the clients to hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standard. No complaint or claim shall be made by the client in this respect.

• If any airline is delayed or cancelled, Arihant Holidays. is not responsible for any compensation for hotels, meals, sightseeing or any other claim.
